Summer Place, Stoke-On-Trent

Summer Place is a development of 18 new homes for sale and rental, delivered in partnership with Stoke City Council, approximately three miles south of Stoke city centre. The development backs onto a public park and football pitch, with a community centre and scout hall just around the corner.

Once complete the site will offer a selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom environmentally friendly homes. All will be built to level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, with energy saving features like the latest condensing boilers, energy saving lighting, double glazing and insulated walls to lower heating bills, cycle storage and rainwater harvesting – all of which will save you money on your energy bills and be kind to the environment.

The homes are yet to be placed in a council tax bracket so the following are estimations and subject to change: Band A £925.87, Band B £1,080.18, Band C £1,234.49, Band D £1,388.80.

Stoke is renowned worldwide for the production of pottery with brands such as Royal Doulton, Wedgwood and Minton all born and still based in the city.

Stoke City, the second oldest professional football club in England, currently plays top flight football in the Premier League and is based at the Britannia Stadium, just over a mile from the Summer Place development.
