The new development will be situated on Deedmore Road which is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
The Spirit Quarters development is a 10 minute car ride to the city centre of Coventry.
Houses on this development have yet to be put into a council tax bracket and the following charges are guidelines, which are subject to change. Band A £980.72, Band B £1144.17, Band C £1307.63, Band D £1471.08.
