Orchard View, Corby

Orchard View is a development of new homes in the Danesholme ward, approximately 3.5 miles south west of Corby town centre.

Once completed, the site will feature a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom, environmentally friendly homes. All will be built to level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, with energy saving features like the latest condensing boilers, energy saving lighting, double glazing and insulated walls to lower heating bills – all of which will save you money on your energy bills and be kind to the environment.

Danesholme is the town’s most southerly housing estate and the name recognises Corby’s early Danish settlers who began arriving in the 8th century.
