Pendle View, Burnley

Pendle View is a new development of two, three and four bedroom homes delivered in partnership with Burnley Council and Harvest Housing Group.  The new government backed FirstBuy scheme is available on the houses for private sale.

The development is set in the south west of Burnley. The town itself is surrounded by hills and moorland and lies in a hollow where the River Calder and the River Brun meet. Its industrial past belies its rural setting with nearly two-thirds countryside.

Houses on this development are yet to be council tax banded. The following charges are merely guidelines and subject to change. Band A £1,050.23, Band B £1,225.28, Band C £1,400.34 and Band D £1,575.35.

All will be built to Code 3 of the government’s standard for sustainability, complete with energy saving appliances and environmental design features. These include the latest condensing boilers, energy saving lighting, double glazing and insulated walls to lower heating bills, cycle storage and rainwater harvesting – all of which will save you money on your energy bills and be kind to the environment.
