Scholar's Way, Cramlington

Kramel School, Cramlington, is a development of 49 new homes on the site of the former school on Clifton Road just over a mile from Cramlington town centre and less than nine miles from Newcastle upon Tyne. When completed the development will offer two, three and four bedroom homes.

Keepmoat Homes’ shared equity scheme can be used on all plots, meaning buyers can secure 100% of the property for just 85% of the asking price. The rest is funded by the developer in the form of a five year interest free loan.

Houses on the development are yet to be put into a council tax bracket. The following charges are merely guidelines and are subject to change. Band A £985.44, Band B £1,149.66, Band C £1,313.90 and Band D £1,478.15.
