So what is the Go Ahead scheme?
It’s a scheme that starts with a 5% deposit from you.
A mortgage is arranged on 80% of the purchase price.
The remaining 15% is an unsecured deposit loan provided
by Artab Capital at a rate of 5.9% fixed for 12 years.
This loan is repaid monthly or when you sell or transfer
your home, whichever is sooner.
